Ingredients:

100g pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 180°F (82°C).
Place the pumpkin seeds in a heat-safe bag and add the olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let cool before serving.
