Ingredients:

1 cup ramen noodles
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 175°F (79°C).
Place the ramen noodles in a vacuum sealed bag with the chicken broth and seal it. Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove the bag from the water bath and add the cooked chicken, mushrooms, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Reseal the bag and place it back in the water bath for an additional 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes remove the bag from the water bath and serve your ramen immediately!
