Ingredients:

½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup vegetable broth
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide machine to 85°C (185°F).
In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and thyme leaves. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag into the preheated sous vide machine and cook for 1 hour.
Once cooked, remove the bag from the sous vide machine and carefully open it to avoid any hot steam burns.
Serve your soup warm with your favorite toppings such as croutons or cheese! Enjoy!
