Ingredients:

1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 185°F.
In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper until combined.
Place the mixture in a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let it cool before serving.
