Ingredients:

1 pork roast (1 kg)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
Rub the pork roast with olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place the pork roast in a vacuum sealed bag and seal it using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated sous vide water bath and cook for 4 hours.
Remove the pork roast from the bag and sear it in a hot skillet for 1 minute per side to create a nice crust.
