Ingredients:

200g beef brisket
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 57°C/135°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to make a paste.
Rub the paste all over the beef brisket and place it in a vacuum sealed bag or sous vide pouch.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove from the water bath and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
