Ingredients:

200g of dry pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 85°C (185°F).
Place the dry pasta in a vacuum sealed bag with the olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it. Drain off any excess liquid and transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl or plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
