Ingredients:

250g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
Place the shrimp in a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag in a sous vide water bath set to 140°F (60°C) for 1 hour.
