Ingredients:

200g salmon fillet
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ teaspoon sea salt

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano leaves and sea salt. Mix until combined.
Place the salmon fillet in the marinade and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 24 hours.
Preheat your sous vide water bath to 130°F (54°C).
Place the marinated salmon in a vacuum-sealed bag and seal according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite sides or toppings!
