Ingredients:

500g pork loin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano leaves and black pepper.
Place the pork loin in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage it to ensure that the marinade coats all sides of the pork. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat your sous vide bath to 140°F (60°C).
Place the marinated pork loin in the preheated sous vide bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove from the sous vide bath and serve immediately with your favorite sides or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.
