Ingredients:

200g of lamb steak
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme leaves, salt and pepper.
Place the lamb steak in a shallow dish or zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure that all sides are evenly coated with the marinade.
Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight for best results.
Preheat your sous vide machine to 54°C/130°F.
Place the marinated lamb steak in a vacuum sealed bag or sous vide pouch and cook for two hours at 54°C/130°F.
