Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and thyme. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Place the protein of your choice into a sous vide bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag tightly and place it into the sous vide water bath set at 140°F (60°C).
Cook for 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the protein reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the water bath and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
