Ingredients:

250g lasagna sheets
200g ricotta cheese
200g mozzarella cheese, grated
150g tomato sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 82°C (180°F).
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Grease an oven-safe dish with the olive oil.
Place one layer of lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish and spread half of the cheese mixture over it. Top with half of the tomato sauce.
Repeat this process with another layer of lasagna sheets and the remaining cheese mixture and tomato sauce.
Place the dish in a sous vide bag and seal it tightly using either vacuum sealing or water displacement method.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath for 2 hours or until cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 82°C/180°F).
Remove from heat and let cool before serving with your favorite side dishes! Enjoy!
