Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon of sea salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 180°F (82°C).
In a bowl, mix together the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper powder, ground black pepper and sea salt until combined.
Place the mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly. Place the bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Once cooked, remove the bag from the water bath and let it cool before transferring it to an airtight container or jar for storage in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
