Ingredients:

1 cup of sliced zucchini
1 cup of sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Place the vegetables in a heat-safe bag and add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove the bag from the water bath and transfer the vegetables to a preheated grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through.
