Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all
purpose flour
2 cups beef broth or stock
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 185°F (85°C).
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the flour and whisk until combined and lightly browned.
Slowly add the beef broth or stock while whisking continuously until all of the liquid has been added and the mixture is smooth.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a heat-safe container that can fit in your sous vide water bath and seal it using either vacuum sealing or zip-top bags.
Place the sealed container in the preheated water bath for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove from the water bath and serve as desired!
