Ingredients:

200g salmon fillet
2 tablespoons sea salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or oregano)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Place the salmon fillet in a vacuum sealed bag.
In a small bowl, mix together the sea salt, sugar and herbs until combined.
Sprinkle the mixture over the salmon fillet and rub it into the fish with your hands.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the fish and seal the bag tightly.
Place the bag in a sous vide water bath set to 130°F/54°C for 1 hour.
Remove from water bath and serve immediately with your favorite sides or sauces!
