Ingredients:

500g cured ham
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
Place the cured ham in a large zip-top bag and add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 8 hours.
Remove from the water bath and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
