Ingredients:

120g of pork belly, skinless and boneless
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Rub the mixture all over the pork belly until it is evenly coated.
Place the pork belly in a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag in a sous vide water bath set to 145°F (63°C) for 24 hours.
Once done cooking, remove the pork belly from the bag and pat dry with paper towels.
