Ingredients:

1 ear of corn, husked and silks removed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 85°C (185°F).
Place the ear of corn in a vacuum seal bag or a zip-top bag. Add the melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Seal the bag using either method.
Place the sealed bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Remove from the water bath and carefully open the bag. Serve immediately with additional butter if desired.
