Ingredients:

1 cup of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of diced carrots
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of diced onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 180°F (82°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the vegetable broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Once cooked, remove the bag from the water bath and strain the broth into a bowl or container for storage or immediate use.
