Ingredients:

150g beef stew meat, cubed
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 carrot, diced
1/2 celery stalk, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 135°F (57°C).
Place the beef cubes in a vacuum sealed bag with the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Seal the bag using the water displacement method or a vacuum sealer.
Place the sealed bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it up. Transfer the contents of the bag to a pot over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
