Ingredients:

1 kg beef brisket
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 60°C (140°F).
Rub the beef brisket with olive oil and season with garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned beef brisket in a vacuum-sealed bag and seal it tightly.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated sous vide water bath and cook for 8 hours.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
