Ingredients:

2 smoked sausages (200g)
1 bell pepper (150g), sliced into strips
2 tablespoons of mustard (30ml)
2 slices of bread (100g)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the smoker to medium heat. Place the sausages on the smoker grate and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the sausages over and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bell pepper strips. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.
Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Place one sausage on each slice of bread, followed by the bell pepper strips. Top with remaining slices of bread to form two sandwiches.
Place sandwiches in preheated smoker and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Serve warm with your favorite sides!
