Ingredients:

2 slices of smoked meatloaf (100g)
2 slices of bread (50g)
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce (30ml)
1 tablespoon of butter (15ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Place the smoked meatloaf on the smoker and cook for 45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Spread the barbecue sauce on both slices of toast and top with the cooked meatloaf slices.
Spread butter on both sides of the sandwich and place it in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
