Ingredients:

500g ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper until well blended. Form the mixture into 12 meatballs and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned on all sides.
Place the meatballs on the smoker rack and smoke for about 45 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes or sauces. Enjoy!
