Ingredients:

2 lamb chops (200g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced For the Mint Pesto:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
