Ingredients:

250g cheese curds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Place the cheese curds in a large bowl and add the garlic, oregano, thyme, basil and olive oil. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the cheese curd mixture on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place the sheet pan in the preheated smoker and cook for 1 hour or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
