Ingredients:

200g lean beef mince
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons hickory smoke flavor liquid smoke seasoning

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the beef mince, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and sea salt until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a stick shape.
Place the sticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush each stick with the hickory smoke flavor liquid smoke seasoning.
Preheat your smoker to 225°F and place the baking tray inside. Smoke for 2 hours or until cooked through and golden brown in color.
