Ingredients:

2 lbs beef short ribs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 cups red wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Rub the beef short ribs with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and sea salt.
Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the red wine, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half.
