Ingredients:

200g lean beef strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the beef strips into the marinade and mix until all pieces are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Place the marinated beef strips onto a wire rack in the smoker and smoke for 4 hours or until desired doneness is reached.
