Ingredients:

1 large avocado
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
½ teaspoon of sea salt
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cut sides of the avocado halves and sprinkle with smoked paprika and sea salt.
Place the avocado halves on a sheet pan lined with foil and place in the smoker for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove from smoker and let cool slightly before transferring to a plate or bowl.
Drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice and top with chopped cilantro leaves before serving.
