Ingredients:

200g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of French bread or hoagie rolls
4 lettuce leaves

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and chives. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the remoulade sauce on both slices of bread or hoagie rolls.
Place the lettuce leaves on one slice of bread or roll. Top with the cooked shrimp.
Place the other slice of bread or roll on top of the shrimp and press down lightly to secure it in place.
