Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped into small pieces
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper and cook for an additional minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place pizza crust on prepared baking sheet and top with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cooked shrimp mixture and parsley.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and hot sauce (if using). Spread over pizza before serving if desired.
