Ingredients:

2 brioche buns
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
4 ounces of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ounces of cooked lobster meat, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the brioche buns on a baking sheet and brush each side with melted butter. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp and lobster meat. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
Spread the lemon aioli onto both sides of the brioche buns. Top each bun with half of the shrimp and lobster mixture.
Place the sandwiches back in the oven for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
