Ingredients:

200g cooked shrimp
100g cooked grits
1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, cooked grits, shredded cheese, diced onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
