Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until combined. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet.
Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly with your hands or a spatula.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
