Ingredients:

200g salmon fillet
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
500ml vegetable stock or fish stock
400g potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
200ml double cream or single cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
