Ingredients:

200g smoked haddock fillet
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of plain flour
500ml of fish stock or vegetable stock
200ml of double cream
100g cooked prawns

Cooking Instructions:

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Add the flour and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute before gradually adding the stock and stirring continuously until thickened.
Add the smoked haddock fillet to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the heat and flake into small pieces using a fork.
Return to the heat and add the cream and prawns to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through before serving.
