Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced zucchini
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Spread the tomato sauce on a pizza crust and top with the cooked vegetables. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice into wedges and serve hot.
