Ingredients:

1 cup of couscous
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried basil
