Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 ounces of roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
1 ounce of cheddar cheese, sliced thin
2 tablespoons of cranberry mayonnaise or cranberry sauce mixed with mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of bread in a toaster or toaster oven until lightly golden brown.
Spread the cranberry mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
Layer the roasted turkey and cheddar cheese on top of one slice of toast.
Place the other slice of toast on top and press down lightly to make a sandwich.

Cut in half and serve warm.
