Ingredients:

2 slices of bacon
2 slices of roasted turkey breast
1 ciabatta roll
2 tablespoons of avocado mayo
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Toast the ciabatta roll in the same skillet for 1 minute on each side or until lightly golden brown.
Spread the avocado mayo on both sides of the toasted ciabatta roll.
Place the roasted turkey slices on one side of the roll and top with bacon slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other half of the ciabatta roll on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Cut in half and serve immediately while still warm.
