Ingredients:

1/2 cup all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, roasted and minced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, yeast and salt. Slowly add the olive oil while stirring until the mixture forms a dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a 12 inch circle. Place on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough leaving a 1 inch border around the edge. Sprinkle with roasted garlic and mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves before serving.
