Ingredients:

1 ciabatta roll
2 ounces roasted chicken breast, sliced thin
2 ounces brie cheese, sliced thin
2 tablespoons cranberry chutney
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for brushing the roll

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice the ciabatta roll in half lengthwise and brush each side with butter or olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
Remove from oven and top one side of the roll with the sliced chicken breast and brie cheese slices. Spread the cranberry chutney over the other side of the roll.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and place both sides of the roll together to form a sandwich. Serve warm.
