Ingredients:

1 medium beet, peeled and diced into cubes
1 small apple, cored and diced into cubes
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey mustard dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
