Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce
2 slices of roast beef
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of tomato
2 leaves of lettuce
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in a pan over medium heat.
Spread the horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the roast beef slices on one slice of bread.
Top with the cheddar cheese slices, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves.
Spread the mayonnaise on the other slice of bread and place it on top of the sandwich.
Grill the sandwich in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, flipping once, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
