Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce
4 ounces of roast beef, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Spread the butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the roast beef on one slice of bread and spread the horseradish sauce on top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it.
Cook for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite sides!
