Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of roast beef deli meat
1 slice of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of horseradish mayo
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Spread the horseradish mayo on one side of each slice of toast.
Place the roast beef deli meat on one slice of toast and top with the cheddar cheese.
Place the other slice of toast on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
If desired, melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
