Ingredients:

1 ciabatta roll
2 slices of roast beef
2 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons of arugula leaves
1 tablespoon of horseradish mayo

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Spread the horseradish mayo on both sides of the ciabatta roll.
Place the roast beef slices on one side of the roll and top with the crumbled blue cheese and arugula leaves.
Place the other half of the ciabatta roll on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
